Stop it Nintendo! Stop coming out with cooler console stuff than I already have! I already had to sell my DS Phat to afford the Lite... and I LOVED my Mario Kart-red DS :( And THEN I traded my white DS lite for a black one... I really don't think GameStop will keep letting me do this, Nintendo. Final Fantasy III was released for the Nintendo DS with a limited edition bundle that included the game and a sweet looking crystal white DS Lite with artwork from Akihiko Yoshida on the cover (etched maybe?). Well they're doing it again for the release of Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings (DS) which hits April 26 for Japan.

They're selling for 21,840 yen (about $180 american dollars), but expect to see them on eBay for oh, a bazillion (if anyone is so uncool enough to give it up).

Aaand on the topic of DS Lites, Colette at Destructoid (which I think at this point is my favorite gaming blog) found some really pretty DS Lite cases.

They're aluminum and snap on, so you can keep it on while you play. My birthday is in 4 months, I'll take either one from the top row thank you! ^_^
